The presentation of the vinyl record of the Paide church organ was a success
On 15.10.2022, a vinyl record presentation took place in Paide church, where the guests were introduced to the history of the record, the choice of repertoire and the history of the organ. Andres Uibo on the organ and Mari-Liis Uibo on the violin and the Paide Male Choir under the direction of Malle Anton performed.
As a token of gratitude for their great contribution to organ music, vinyl records were presented to organist Hardo Kriisa and organist Olaf Lääne.
The ERR was also present, recording the event and interviewing the participants.
At the end of the event, guests could buy newly produced vinyl records and enjoy a cake baked just for this occasion.

Ain Varts plays Steve Hackett’s song on guitar
Allow us to present our studio’s first track recorded in DSD256 format at 2020. Virtuoso guitarist Ain Varts played Steve Hackett’s song Horizons.
We used 6 microphones during the recording: Sonodore MPM81, RCM402, LDM54. The recording device was a Merging Horus and the room reverb was created with an IGS Audio spring echo.
There is Soundcloud to listen in PCM, audiophiles can ask dsf: dsd@apsoon.com
Niguliste Church organ LP test press
The stakeholders of the project gathered today in a scenic location and listened to the vinyl test press. Of course, they also shared comments.
Andres Uibo: a record with such a sound has never been made from the Niguliste Church organ.
Priit Kuulberg: I guess I am forced to throw away my previous organ records – their quality cannot bear comparison with this one.
